Wearist · Account and data deletion request

You can permanently delete your Wearist account and everything linked to it at any time. There are two ways to do it; both have the same result.

1. Delete from the app (fastest)

• Open the Wearist app.
• Go to the Profile tab in the bottom menu.
• Scroll down and tap Delete my account.
• Confirm with Delete. Your account and server-side data are removed immediately.

2. Request by email

If you can't access the app, email destek@wear.ist with the subject "Account deletion request", writing from the address your account was created with. We complete such requests within 30 days at the latest and confirm by email.

Data that is deleted

• Your account (email address, username, user ID)
• Photos you uploaded to the server
• Posts and comments you shared
• Your AI usage counters
• Server-side copies of your colour analysis and outfit history

Data that is kept

• The wardrobe on your device: wardrobe data lives primarily on your phone. Uninstalling the app removes it from the device as well.
• Purchase records: subscription and invoice records are retained by the relevant store (Google Play / App Store) for as long as the law requires. We have no access to those records.

Deletion cannot be undone. If you have an active subscription, cancel it through Google Play or the App Store before deleting your account; deleting the account does not cancel the subscription automatically.
