By using the Wearist application (the "App") you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

1. Service

Wearist is a mobile application offering digital wardrobe management, weather-based outfit suggestions and AI-powered style advice. Suggestions are for guidance; the final choice of what to wear is yours.

2. Account

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information.

3. Premium Subscription

• The premium subscription is offered monthly or yearly and is billed through the relevant app store (Apple App Store or Google Play).
• Any free trial offered to new users is as stated in the App. Unless cancelled, it may convert to a paid period at the end of the trial.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period. You can turn off renewal any time in your store account settings.
• Prices are as shown in the App and store; they may change from time to time.
• Refund requests are subject to the relevant store's refund policy.

4. AI Features

AI suggestions are generated automatically and may not always be perfect. They are advisory in nature. Use of the AI features is subject to fair-use limits to prevent abuse.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes; not to misuse the service, not to strain the system with automated/external access, and not to infringe the rights of others.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

The photos and content you add to the App belong to you. The App itself (its brand, design and software) belongs to the developer and may not be used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that outfit and style suggestions will match your personal taste. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the App.

8. Termination

If you breach these terms, we may limit or terminate your access to your account. You may also close your account and remove the App at any time.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always available on this page.
